Your inquiry leaves a record you can ask to see.
Noxbri keeps the details you submit when you ask about a watch. This notice explains that record and the advertising data associated with browsing everyday watches online. You can buy watches online by inquiry without creating an account.
Noxbri decides how inquiry data is used.
The operator and controller is Noxbri, trading at noxbri.com. Our postal address is 178 Market Street, Unit B, Austin, Texas 10584, Austin, Texas, United States. For questions about this notice, use office@noxbri.com or +1 (895) 555-7640.
This notice covers the public catalogue and the information submitted through its inquiry form and support chat. It also explains the advertising and analytics choices attached to a visit. A link to another website takes you to that operator's own privacy practices.
We collect the question and its context.
The inquiry form records your name, phone number or email address, any address you supply, the kind of inquiry, your message, the requested specification and the consent tick. A wrist measurement or strap preference becomes part of the specification when you choose to include it. Neither a phone number nor an email address is mandatory by itself, but one reply route is needed.
With the inquiry, the site records the IP address, browser user-agent string, referring URL, the time the form was rendered and the time it was sent. Server and access logs record technical requests used to operate the site. A referring URL can contain a campaign identifier, so copying a link into a message can also carry that identifier into the inquiry record.
Support chat keeps the conversation, the contact details you provide and a token stored in your browser to reconnect you to it. The browser also stores your consent choice under site_consent_v2. Advertising-related information includes cookie identifiers and the click identifiers gclid, msclkid and fbclid.
There is no customer account, password or payment record. Noxbri does not take card details on this website. Please leave financial credentials, identity documents and sensitive personal information out of a watch inquiry.
Different records do different jobs.
Your contact details let us reply. Your requested specification tells us whether the question concerns a watch, a replacement strap or fit. The message and chat history provide context for that discussion, including a later correction. A consent tick records your permission to handle the submitted inquiry; it is not permission for advertising storage.
Technical information supports delivery of pages and investigation of failed or abusive submissions. Submission times help distinguish a genuine form response from automated traffic. Consent records apply the browser's storage choice. Advertising identifiers and measurement signals help relate a paid click to site activity, subject to the consent settings described below.
We use the details you send to handle your request, not to create a payment profile. If you ask about interchangeable watch straps, the measurement in your message is used as fit context, not as a claim that an unconfirmed strap connection is compatible.
Permission is not a blanket license.
For visitors covered by European data protection law, the basis depends on the purpose. US state privacy rights apply alongside the disclosures and choices in this notice. The following table separates handling a requested conversation from optional tracking.
| Processing | Basis | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Inquiry and chat | Consent | The details and conversation you choose to submit so Noxbri can respond. |
| Requested purchase discussion | Contract or steps at your request before a contract | Product questions necessary to consider a purchase. The inquiry itself is not an order. |
| Site reliability and abuse prevention | Legitimate interest | Technical records used to keep the site usable and investigate misuse, balanced against visitor rights. |
| Optional analytics and advertising storage | Consent | Storage and related advertising uses enabled only after the visitor allows them. |
| Privacy requests and required records | Legal obligation | Responding to applicable rights and preserving information that law requires us to retain. |
You can withdraw consent for future processing. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing that was lawful before withdrawal, and it does not require deletion of a record that must be kept under an applicable legal obligation.
Paid clicks carry identifiers.
Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads send traffic to this site. Google Ads attaches gclid to a click, Microsoft Advertising attaches msclkid, and Meta Ads attaches fbclid. These identifiers help a platform attribute a visit to an advertisement rather than to an unrelated source.
An identifier in a landing-page URL is not the same thing as permission to store advertising data. The site applies the consent state to advertising and analytics storage. A URL can still reach the server, or be included in a referring URL, when optional browser storage is denied.
Optional storage starts denied.
Consent Mode v2 holds ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage denied until the visitor allows storage. Allow enables the permitted states, expressed as granted in the consent signals. Decline or withdrawal sets all four back to denied immediately.
The controls are in the consent banner and under Cookie settings in every footer. Denied storage does not mean the site receives no technical requests or consent signals. It means the visitor has not allowed the optional storage and advertising uses governed by these signals. We do not make acceptance a condition of reading the catalogue or submitting an inquiry.
Providers receive data for their part of the work.
Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC supplies Google Ads and receives advertising-related information and consent signals. Its handling is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd supplies Microsoft Advertising. Its treatment of msclkid and other information is covered by the Microsoft privacy statement at privacy.microsoft.com.
Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd supplies Meta Ads, including the fbclid identifier attached to campaign links. Read the Meta Privacy Policy for its own processing.
The hosting provider serves this site and stores the inquiry database. The mail provider carries inquiry notifications to the operator's inbox. Those functions require access to the relevant technical records or inquiry content. Contact Noxbri to ask which provider handles a particular inquiry record.
Receiving an ad identifier does not mean a platform receives every message you type into a form. Platform processing follows its function and the applicable consent signals. Noxbri's hosting and mail routes handle the submitted inquiry itself.
A visit can involve more than one country.
Noxbri operates in the United States. A visitor outside the United States sends inquiry information to a US-operated service. Advertising providers can process information in the United States, Ireland or other countries where they operate, so processing is not limited to the country where a click began.
Where European or other applicable law requires a transfer safeguard, the transfer must rely on a lawful mechanism, such as an adequacy decision where it applies or standard contractual clauses with the required safeguards. The fact that a provider is named here is not a claim that it holds a particular certification. Contact us to ask about the mechanism relevant to your information and request available details.
The records have stated periods.
Inquiries and their email copies are kept for 24 months. Chat transcripts are kept for 12 months. Server and access logs are kept for 60 days. The record of a consent choice is kept for 12 months.
These periods apply to the corresponding record from its collection or recording. Clearing a browser token does not itself erase the server-side conversation. Equally, declining optional storage does not delete an inquiry you asked us to answer. Use the data-request route when you want a stored message reviewed for deletion.
A legal requirement or a dispute can require a specific record to be held beyond its normal period. That is an exception tied to the record and the obligation, not a new default retention period. Platform cookies and platform-held information follow their own notices; see the cookie table for the distinction.
Keep payment details out of the conversation.
The site uses HTTPS for transport. Inquiry handling includes server-side validation and checks intended to limit automated misuse. A chat token associates a browser with its conversation; treat access to that browser as access to the chat. The public catalogue does not provide a way to browse other visitors' inquiries.
No internet service can promise that every transmission or stored record is immune from loss or unauthorized access. Send only what is relevant to the watch question. If you believe someone has accessed your conversation or that you sent sensitive information by mistake, write to the contact below without repeating the sensitive details.
European visitors can exercise GDPR rights.
Where the GDPR applies, you can request access to your personal data and rectification of an inaccurate record. You can request erasure, restriction of processing and portability of eligible data in a commonly used, machine-readable format. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, including any direct marketing processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
These rights have legal conditions. Portability generally concerns information you provide that is processed by automated means on consent or contract grounds. Erasure is not absolute where a lawful retention duty applies. If we cannot fulfill a request in full, we explain the reason and the available route to challenge the decision.
State privacy choices remain available.
US state privacy law applies, including California's CCPA/CPRA and the other state privacy laws in force where they cover the visitor and the processing. Depending on the applicable law, you can ask to know or access the personal information held about you, receive a portable copy, correct inaccuracies and request deletion.
You can opt out of sale or sharing of personal information, including sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, and opt out of targeted advertising where that right applies. California residents can also request limitation of the use or disclosure of sensitive personal information where the statutory right applies. We do not ask for sensitive information in a watch inquiry.
We do not penalize you for exercising an applicable privacy right. An authorized agent can make a request with proof of authority; we may need to verify the request with you. Where state law provides an appeal, reply to a decision asking for a privacy appeal. You can also contact your state Attorney General.
Your browser can send the opt-out.
Global Privacy Control, sent through the Sec-GPC header, is honored as an opt-out without asking again. It is treated as a direction against the optional advertising uses covered by that signal. Storage-related consent stays denied when that opt-out applies.
The signal belongs to the browser sending it. A different browser or device may need its own setting. You do not need a Noxbri account to use Global Privacy Control; there are no visitor accounts on this site.
This catalogue is not directed to children.
Noxbri does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Children should not send a form or start a support conversation. If a parent or guardian believes a child has supplied information, contact us so the record can be located and deleted.
Give enough context to identify the message without sending further information about the child that is not needed. We do not need a child's identity document to begin investigating the report.
You can take a concern outside Noxbri.
You may complain to your state Attorney General and, in California, to the California Privacy Protection Agency. European visitors covered by the GDPR may lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority, including the authority in their habitual residence or place of work.
You can contact us first so we can investigate, but that is not a condition of approaching an authority. Keep the relevant correspondence or inquiry reference if you have it. It can help explain which record or processing decision is in dispute.
A data request gets an answer within 14 days.
Use the Personal Data Request page or email office@noxbri.com. State whether you want access, correction, deletion or another privacy action. Include the contact route used for the original inquiry and any reference you already have.
You can also write to Noxbri at 178 Market Street, Unit B, Austin, Texas 10584, Austin, Texas, United States. A data request is answered within 14 days. We may ask for proportionate information to verify that a record belongs to you before disclosing it or making a change. Do not send identification documents unless a specific, justified verification step has been discussed.
For an inquiry about a watch rather than your data, use Contact Noxbri. Keeping the request type clear avoids treating a deletion request as a new product conversation.
Changes are published here with a new date.
When this notice changes, the revised text and last-updated date appear on this page. A material change is identified in the notice rather than silently treated as permission for a new purpose. If a new use needs consent, an old inquiry tick or stored choice does not replace that consent.
Check the effective date when returning to the catalogue. The Terms of Use describe the separate conditions for using the catalogue, while Cookies and Consent carries the storage controls and platform-policy links.
Write to the people handling your inquiry.
For privacy questions, email office@noxbri.com or call +1 (895) 555-7640. The postal route is Noxbri, 178 Market Street, Unit B, Austin, Texas 10584, Austin, Texas, United States.
Say which part of the notice concerns you. If you cannot use a control or form, the Accessibility Statement explains the reporting route; you can use phone or email instead of the on-page tools.

Ask for your data without making another product inquiry.
Use the dedicated request route for a copy or correction. If you only want to change optional storage, open Cookie settings. There is no need to explain why you decline advertising storage.
